Carol Lee Scott

February 14, 1938 - January 14, 2022

Carol Lee Scott was born on February 14, 1938 to loving parents Archie & Barbara Hennings. She graduated from Technical High school. She soon was married to Darrell W. Scott and had four beautiful children. They were then divorced in 1980. Her family was her first priority and was their Angel on earth. After staying home with her children for many years she then enjoyed a long career in the foreclosure dept of Commercial Federal Bank/Bank of the West where she then retired to enjoy time with her children, grandchildren and her new husband Larry Bednar as they were married in 1984. Carol also enjoyed many hobbies including sewing, crafting and especially gardening and planting flowers. She had created quite the beautiful oasis in their back yard which was her very own heaven on earth. Carol was proceeded in death by her husband Larry Bednar, ex-husband Darrell W. Scott, Parents Archie & Barbara Hennings, sister Barbara Jean Hennings-Lasher. Carol is survived by children Randell A. Scott, Sherry L. Scott, Michelle L. Briskey & Jon M. Scott [Traci]. Grandchildren, Karis N. Briskey, Lexie J. Kieckhafer [Levi], Sierra M. Scott, Ava Scott, Kellan Scott plus many nieces, nephews and great grandchildren. Carol had such a kind heart and gentle grace and will be missed dearly. But we rejoice that she is now in the arms of her Lord and Savior and dancing on the streets of gold. A private service will be held at Braman Mortuary Southwest Chapel, 6505 S. 144th Street, Omaha, NE 68137.
