Ryan Gray
Manager / Funeral Director / U.S. Army Veteran
Ryan is a native of the Omaha area graduating from Papillion-LaVista High School. After high school, Ryan served in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha and received his degree in Mortuary Science from St. Louis Community College. Ryan is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Nebraska and Iowa. He has been with Braman Mortuary since June of 1999. Ryan attends City Light Church in Omaha and is a member of American Legion Post #1, V.F.W. Post #2503. Ryan, his wife Juli and their children Landen and Tyla live in Omaha. When not working, Ryan enjoys traveling, fishing, camping, hiking and Hsuker football.

Ryan Gray

Dan Poole
Funeral Director
Dan was born and raised in Council Bluffs and graduated from St. Albert High School. He earned his degree from Bellevue University and completed his Mortuary Science program at the Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service in Houston, Texas. Dan is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in both Nebraska and Iowa, with over 15 years of experience.
When he’s not at work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially his two sons, Kellen and Grayson. He also enjoys playing basketball, boating, and attending sporting events.

Dan Poole
Funeral Director
Dan was born and raised in Council Bluffs and graduated from St. Albert High School. Leslie Scott
Funeral Director
Leslie was born in North Carolina but raised in Connecticut and Arizona. She graduated high school from Saguaro High in Scottsdale, Arizona. After high school, Leslie attended Gateway College in Phoenix. She married her husband, Todd in 1992. They had two children Amanda and Morgan who are now grown. After raising her children Leslie went back to school and obtained an Advanced Standing Diploma in Mortuary Science from Des Moines Area Community College. Leslie is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Nebraska and Iowa. When not working, Leslie enjoys riding her horses, hikes with her dogs and spending every moment possible with family.

LeAnn is a lifelong resident of Omaha and a proud graduate of Westside High School. For over 40 years, she has enjoyed helping people improve their lives through the businesses she has been involved with. LeAnn has one daughter, Heather, and is a grandmother to two “fur people.” She enjoys transforming loved ones’ jewelry into cherished works of art. LeAnn also appreciates all that Omaha has to offer, including its great restaurants, shopping, and friendly community.

Chuck is married to Randi Caniglia. He has a daughter, Kristin, a son, Robert, and four grandchildren. A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Chuck attended Holy Cross Grade School, Creighton Prep High School, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He served in the Army National Guard from 1966 to 1972.
Chuck was co-owner of Caniglia’s Venice Inn until 2014. He received several honors, including Restaurateur of the Year from the Omaha Restaurant Association in 2005, induction into the Omaha Hospitality Hall of Fame in 2007, and Italian American of the Year from the Sons of Italy Nebraska State Lodge in 2008. In 2018, Chuck and his wife Randi were awarded the Pillar Award from Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Joyce Glenn
Receptionist
Joyce is a native of Omaha and a graduate of Duchesne Academy and Creighton University. After attending Boston Theological Union, she returned to Omaha and began working in social justice ministry. Joyce served as the Pastoral Associate at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for 30 years, during which she earned a Master of Ministry degree from Creighton University.
She retired from active ministry in 2016 and later that year began working part-time at Braman Mortuary. Joyce enjoys Husker football, Creighton baseball, baking, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

She enjoys ballroom dancing, jazzercise, and spending time with family and friends. Christy attends Westside Church, volunteers at an animal shelter, and is an enthusiastic dog mom.
