Robert C. Frazer 10/1/1928 ~ 4/8/2022 Robert is preceded in death by his wife Elvira in 2016. He leaves behind his son, Kirk (Joelle) Frazer and daughter, Verdell (Steve) Adler; step grandchildren,Sara (Clark) Tapia, Michael Clark, Jennifer Clark; Step great grandchildren, Yalin Tapia, Yislee Tapia and Zohen Tapia; many other relatives and friends.
