CADEK, Valeria April 11, 1925 ~ December 24, 2016 Age 91 of Omaha She is preceded in death by: Husband: Emanuel J. Cadek Survived by: Daughter and Son-in-law: Sandra and Don Hansen of Omaha Granddaughter: Lisa Hansen of Omaha Sister: Victoria Cadek of North Loup, NE Brother: Chester Setlik of North Loup, NE Sister-in-Laws: Rose Cadek of Valparaiso, NE and Marie Brauer of Tampa, FL And many nieces and nephews who have loved mom and have always been there for our family. The family would like to thank Gladys Lantz.She is a dear friend who faithfully visited mom each month. We also wish to express our thanks and deep appreciation to all the staff at Bickford of Omaha (113th & Blondo).Their care and love of mom was always very evident.Their support for our family helped us get through a very difficult time. Finally we thank Serene Care Hospice.Their devotion and care to mom was much appreciated.Melissa was our special angel.The comfort she provided our family during those final hours truly was a blessing. Visitation: 4-8PM Wednesday, December 28 at Braman Mortuary 72nd Street Chapel with family present from 6-8PM. Celebration of Life: 10 AM Thursday, December 29 at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 5410 Corby St, Omaha, NE 68104. Interment at Evergreen Memorial Park. Memorials may be made in Valeria’s name to St. Paul united Methodist Church or your favorite charity.
