In Loving Memory of
Sharon Rose Morehead
Sharon Rose Morehead passed away peacefully at her home in Omaha, Nebraska, on March 7, 2026, at the age of 75.
Sharon was the loving wife of Thomas Jack Morehead Sr., with whom she shared 57 beautiful years of marriage.
Their love story began when Sharon was just 13 years old, and together they built a life full of devotion, laughter, and family.

from Lewis Central High School in 1968 and later worked as an Office Manager at Nebraska
Machinery before retiring.
Sharon’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was a proud and loving mother, grandmother,
and great-grandmother. She also cherished the many places she traveled with her husband while
he served in the United States Army.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Dorothy Collins; her husband, Thomas
Jack Morehead Sr.; and her brothers, Roy Collins and Ronnie Collins.
She leaves behind her children, Tammy Childers (Ken) and Thomas Morehead Jr. (Stephanie);
her grandchildren Brooklyn, Dylan, Cody, Nicholas, Tyler, Ian, Jayce, Veronica, Keaton, and
Klahrisa; and her great-grandchildren Ava, Mckenna, Mallory, Maykaylee, Jaxon, Cole,
Meadow, Davis, Levi, and Stephanie.
