Sandra "Sandi" Shotkoski

Sandra “Sandi” A. Shotkoski, 78, of Omaha, Nebraska, passed away on July 17, 2026, surrounded by her family. Sandi was born on March 27, 1948, in Hartford, Connecticut. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Larry Shotkoski; daughter Susan (Keith), grandchildren Grant, Gina, Greta, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Susan Perrault.

Sandi moved to Omaha in 1962. She attended Ralston High School during her freshman year before transferring to South High School, where she met her true love, Larry.

Sandi worked at Western Electric before beginning a career in the food service industry. She loved serving people, knew how to throw a wonderful party, and was deeply devoted to her family and friends. She also had a generous heart and could never say “no” to a charity.

Sandi enjoyed many hobbies and traditions, including cross-stitching, sewing, reading, watching movies, baking birthday cakes and hosting gatherings, bowling, camping, and playing cards (especially Pitch), cheering on the Huskers and following NASCAR she loved fast cars and may have raced her Road Runner a time or two. She loved music and dogs! I have this coupon I need to use…was her way of saying, “Let’s go shopping, girls!”

The family would like to thank the medical staff at Methodist Hospital for their compassionate care for Sandi during her final days.
