Deborah Puckett (Darin) Louisville KY, Jerry Rainey (Cindy), Omaha, NE, Brian Russell, Lexington KY, Scott Russell (Crystal), Step mother of Leah Douglas, Nashville TN and Lance Douglas, Nashville TN died December 20, 2020 in Omaha, NE.Born May 11, 1940 in Louisville, KY, she was the daughter of the late Oljoun (Pete) Witt and Edna Murriel Osborne. Pat was a long time employee of Whale Oil Company in Louisville. She was married to Billy G. Douglas, who preceded her in in death after 31 years of marriage. After retiring, she moved to Melborne FL. and later moved to Crossville TN. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Crossville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, Clarence (Ozzie) Paul Richard and Robert Lee Osborne. A celebration of her life will be held in Louisville, KY in the New Year when family and friends can join the celebration.
