Leona E. Hinze was born October 14, 1929 to Lester and Verna Stephens in Almena, Wisconsin. She passed away June 7, 2018 in Papillion, NE. Leona was raised and lived on farms in Barron, Wisconsin for 29 years.She worked at Jewel Foods in Illinois and Indiana for 17 years.Leona then worked in banking in Indiana and California for 8 years until she and Floyd retired.They moved to Pueblo, Colorado in 1991 and then settled in Omaha, Nebraska in 2007. Leona was preceded in death by her parents, husband Floyd, son Robert and sister Cordelle Allen. She is survived by her daughters: Maureen (Danny) Love, Maxine (Ken) Rogers; 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; sister Clairice (Gerald) Fisher; brother Arvid (Nancy) Stephens; nieces and nephews.
