Kenneth L. "Ken" Wymore

WYMORE, Kenneth L. “Ken” 6/19/1941 – 9/8/2017 Ken resided in California for over 20 years.He owned and operated his own shop where he was contracted to balance engines for Chevy and Ford motor companies.During those years, he was also contracted by NASA to assist in balancing the Lunar Equipment.In his free time, he raced motorbikes in competitions out in the desert winning multiple races.He also enjoyed Nascar and was a competitive fisherman. In 1994, he decided to move back to his home state of Nebraska.He opened his own machine shop in Fremont where he enjoyed working on antique engines, which evolved into competition.He received multiple awards at competitions for his work. In 1998, Ken married Diane Hays.They both had a passion for parrots and enjoyed going to bird shows.They enjoyed a life of traveling the country together.They spent many weekends camping and boating. Ken enjoyed his grandchildren dearly.One of his greatest joys was watching his grandchildren participate in their sports.He passed on his knowledge of fishing to his grandchildren and enjoyed watching them take up the sport as well.He will be forever loved by his family. Ken was preceded in death by wife Nancy, Sons Ken Jr. & Dustin Wymore, Sister Phyllis Veskerna, Brother Jerry Wymore.
