Abels, Kathleen Ann 1/13/1949 - 9/15/2020 Loving wife, mother, and grandmother Kathleen Ann Abels passed away at her home September 15, 2020 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born to Alva and Marjorie Froehlich in Le Mars, Iowa on January 13, 1949. Preceded in death by her parents, Alva and Marjorie Froehlich; sister Beverly Tjossan. Kathleen leaves behind her loving husband Ronald Abels; son, Jon Roethler, grandsons, Douglas and Camerom; step-son, Troy Abels, grandchildren, Nikki, Brett and Arie; step-daughter, Kammy Oliver, grandchildren Lathan and Connor; sisters, Darlene Miller, Marcia Huffman.
