John Matthew Pawlak

MEMORIAL

We are saddened to announce the passing of John Matthew Pawlak. John, age 66, passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by family June 6, 2026.

• He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 42 years, Sandra; children: Christopher, Chad, and Lauren Pawlak; grand daughter Maslin Pawlak and three brothers, Michael, Louis, and Matthew Pawlak as well as numerous relatives and friends.
• He is preceded in death by his parents; Edward "Dziadzi" Pawlak and Dolores "Busia" Pawlak
• He will be dearly missed by his friends and coworkers at United Airlines in which he worked for over 30 years
• John had a passion for his Polish background, world war 2 history, planes trains and automobiles, and his favorite areas within the southside of Chicago in which he grew up, as well as the suburbs of West Omaha, Nebraska where he raised his family
• Due to the location of friends and family there will be two celebration of life services:
