Janice Jean Urban, 76, of Omaha, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 12 in Omaha.Janice was born August 31, 1941. Janice was preceded in death by: Parents Melvin and Jean Sievers; as well as brother Ken Sievers.Janice is survived by husband of 56 years, Chuck; Children, Terri Urban, Mick (Patti) Urban, and Brent (Kellie) Urban; Grandsons, Brandon, Andrew, & Ian Urban; Nieces, Kristen (Steve) Schmitz and Laura (Will) Thompson.Also dear friends; Barb Wray and Carrie Maxon who join many loved relatives and friends throughout the country.
