He is survived by his loving Wife of 71 years, Esther Lee; Son, Mark (Connie) Hetterich of Lewes, DE; Daughter, Sherry Martin of Omaha, NE; Grandchildren, Lee Ann (Kurt) McClannan, Kristin (Stephen) Leps, Vince (Michelle) Martin and 9 Great-Grandchildren CELEBRATION OF JACK’S LIFE: Monday, October 29, 2018 at 1:00PM at Christ Community Church (404 S 108th Ave) In lieu of flowers, memorials to Christ Community Church Great Commission Fund
