Mr. Henry Poncell Middlebrook served in the United States Army Infrantry at Fort Benning, Georgia June 25, 1962 to July 23, 1964. Preceded in death one brother Mr. Vernon Middlebrook of Omaha, Nebraska. Henry Middlebrook leaves behind two loving sisters Ms. Darnell Burks of Grandview, Missouri, Ms.Velida J. Breakfield of Omaha, Nebraska. Two sons Malcom D. Middlebrook Sr. of Conyers, Georgia. Jeffrey C. Middlebrook of Columbus, Georgia. Three daughters Juanita & her husband Willie Jenkins from Shuqualak, Mississippi. Kristin Freeman of Omaha, Nebraska. Utica Williams of Charlotte, North Carolina. Grandchildren, Malcom Middlebrook Jr., Machod Middlebrook, Brandon Shelby, Nikita Shelby, Train Cotton, Kendall Cotton, ShyAnne Cotton, Isaac Freeman, Kyisacca Freeman, Xzynia Tigua McMickens, Terri Teona Lavette McMickens, Kyana Gail McMickens, Terry Jonathan McMicken Jr., and Mareill Bernard Green McMickens And host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and friends.
