Hazel was preceded in death by her Husband David; Sisters, Lillian (Nels) Fredericksen, Emma (Fred) Krusemark, Leona (Alvin) Daum, Lydia (Walt) Splittgerber, Martha Fuchser and Brother Paul (Nyna) Fuchser; She is survived by her Son David; Sisters, Marie Parrish & Ann Ballard; Many nieces & nephews Celebration of Hazel's Life: Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Kountze Memorial Lutheran Church (2650 Farnam St.). Visitation will be on Wednesday from 5-7:00 PM at Braman Mortuary (72 St. Chapel). Interment will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
