Born to Herman and Amanda in Barron, Wisconsin Preceded in death by parents; son, Robert; sisters, Alva Fankhauser & Arlene Nelson; brothers, LaVerne, Vernon & Russell. Survived by wife, Leona of 66 years; daughters, Maureen (Danny) Love & Maxine (Ken) Rogers; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Floyd was born, raised, and lived on a farm in Barron, Wisconsin for 29 years. He worked at Inland Steel in Gary, Indiana for 7 years while doing carpentry on the side. He then became a full time carpenter in the Chicago area and then in California. He and Leona retired in Pueblo, Colorado in 1991 and then settled in Omaha in 2006.
