Eugene “Geno” Leo Taute 6/8/1944-6/9/2020 Eugene “Geno” Taute, of Omaha was 76 years young when he passed away peacefully on June 9, 2020. Geno was born on June 8, 1944 in Omaha, Nebraska. He lived in Omaha then moved to Pasadena, Texas. In 2002 he moved back to Omaha, Nebraska. Geno was a great and very special son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. He had lots of love to give to everyone that came into his life. Geno was loved by everyone that met him. He was a very kind and gentle man. We will all dearly miss him. Geno was preceded in death by grandparents, parents, and 3 siblings. He is survived by 5 sisters: Chris, Carol, Linda L, Linda S, and Ruth and 2 brothers Tom and Ronald. Geno is also survived by many others including nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A private service will be planned at a later time.
