Dave is survived by his children, Jessica and Jacob; grandson, Anthony Moore; brothers, Matthew (Tanda) and Edward; sisters, Shirley (David) Renschen, Barbara (Allen) Curtis, Peggy (Keith) Sanborn; brother-in-law, Robert Wellendorf and sister-in-law, Dena Moore.
