Dana M. Kaplan, born on February 6, 1965, in Columbus, Nebraska passed away surrounded by the love of her family.

Dana earned her nursing degree and dedicated much of her life to caring for others through her work in home health care and nursing facilities. She was known for her caring heart, and the compassion she showed to those in need throughout her career.

She enjoyed the simple comforts in life and spending time with those she loved most. Dana’s presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Kaplan.

Dana is survived by her sons, Garrett Kaplan and Logan Kaplan, who will forever cherish her memory and the love she gave them.

Private family services will be held.
