STEPHENS, Charles F. 2/28/1948 - 5/24/2017 Charles retired from the United States Marine Corps after 20 years of service and then went on to Logistics Management. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 24 years, Catherine; Parents Louise and Charles; and brother Jerry. Survived by son Kevin (Maribeth) Milam; Grandchildren Leif and Zoie; Brothers Gary (Donna), and Kenneth (Betty) Stephen; Nieces and Nephews LaDonna (Derricko) Newton, LaVerne (Jeremy) Green, Dana (Greg) Scofield, and David (Rhonda) Stephen; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
