STRATTAN, Charles E. “Rick”, III. 3/8/1948 – 4/17/2020 Charles Edward Strattan, III was born March 8, 1948 in Omaha, NE to Charles Edward Strattan, Jr., and Berniece Ovetta (Lane) Strattan. Charles, known as "Rick" graduated from Benson High School.he served in the United States Navy.He was honorably discharged from the Navy. He is survived by a brother, Michael E. Strattan and sister, Laura A. Carpenter, many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Strattan; Nephew Jacob A. Strattman.
