Chuck’s life was complicated but his spirit was kinder than he let on. He was an extremely hard worker with a lot of pride in everything he did, no matter what that was. He was a strong & promising golfer and a music lover. He also enjoyed fishing, cooking, animals, and aggravating our mother daily.

Chuck is leaving behind, parents, Peter Alvord and Janet Dawson, siblings Christine Reece, Theresa Anderson (Dwight), Jeff Alvord (Mei Qi), Lynn Griffin (Howard), Mark Alvord (Cindy), David Alvord (Nikki), & Laurie Alvord; Uncle Gary Gilbertson; nieces, Andrea Van Natta (Scott), Annie Alvord (Mark & Cindy), April & Anja Alvord (Jeff & Mei Qi Alvord), Rose Workman (David & Nikki); nephews Christopher Alvord, (Jeff Alvord) and Stanley Workman (Dave & Nikki); several great-nieces & nephews and cousins.
Celebration of life will be held in the party room at Scorz Sports Center, 7602 Main St., Ralston, NE from 2:00 pm – 5 pm on Saturday, March 25th, 2023.
