Cecil retired from the U.S.A.F. after 20 years of service He is survived by his Wife Karen Hill; Daughter Tracy Garrison; Son Tim Hill; Sister Sandy (Roger) Pessell; Grandchildren: Christina, Tyger, Mickey & Peyton; Many other relatives & friends. Memorial Service: Monday, July 18, 2011 at 6:00 PM at Braman Mortuary (72 St. Chapel). Visitation with family one hour prior to the service. Military honors by the U.S.A.F.
