Bonita Maria Vaughan

Bonita M Vaughan was born in Omaha on May 10, 1963 as the fourth child to John L and Vivian (Calloway) Vaughan.
She entered this world with a happy disposition and a peaceful presence. She loved her family and friends, which was
evident by her kind acts and desire to help in any way she could. She attended Central High School and later went on to obtain an
Associates degree in Business Administration. In July 1982, she was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses - a very proud milestone for her and her family.
In 1998, Bonita moved to Aurora, Colorado where she worked and lived for 18 years. Much of her career in Colorado was spent with the Colorado Department of Education-Licensing Division.
In 2016, Bonita returned to Omaha to spend time with her aged mother Vivian prior to her death in 2019.
Bonita's bright light was extinguished on March 3, 2025. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.

Bonita is survived by siblings: Daryl & Gail Vaughan, Jody & Tina Wommock & Step-Siblings: Dennis Wommock, Delcene Brown, Yvonne (Everett) Williams, Yvette (Rowland) Wright
