Andrew was born in Pusan, South Korea on May 25, 1962. He was adopted by Larry & Sharon Ainsworth at the age of 8 years old and joined the Ainsworth family in Omaha, Nebraska.

On August 29, 2022, Andrew passed away in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is proceeded in death by his grandparents, Raymond & Dorothy Ainsworth and Joseph & Goldie Porter. He is survived by his parents, brother and 5 sisters.

Private Interment at Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park.
